What is your MOQ?
MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style/color for many garment categories. Actual MOQ may depend on fabric, printing, embroidery and other custom processes.
How long does sampling take?
Normally around 7-10 days after fabric and design details are confirmed. Complex garments or special fabrics may require longer.
How long does bulk production take?
Normally around 20-25 days after sample approval, fabric confirmation, size specifications and deposit. Lead time varies by quantity and complexity.
Can you source fabric for my design?
Yes. Fabric and trim sourcing is one of our core services. We are located close to major fabric markets in Guangdong.
Can you make custom labels and packaging?
Yes. Main labels, wash labels, hangtags and custom packaging can be coordinated according to your branding requirements.
Do I need a tech pack?
A complete tech pack is helpful but not always required for initial evaluation. You may also send sketches, reference images, measurements or an existing sample.
Can I send you an existing garment sample?
Yes. Physical reference samples can be reviewed for construction, measurements and manufacturing requirements.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Our factory is located in Humen, Dongguan, China. B2B customers can arrange a factory visit in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly work with overseas B2B customers and can coordinate with the customer's nominated freight forwarder or available shipping options.
