What is your MOQ?
MOQ starts from 50 pcs/style/color for many garment categories. Fabric, printing, embroidery, trims and packaging may have separate supplier minimums.
Do you sell ready-made blank clothing?
No. Our core business is custom OEM manufacturing based on customer designs and specifications rather than stock blanks or print-on-demand.
Do I need a complete tech pack?
Not for the initial review. You may also send sketches, reference images, measurements or an existing garment sample.
How long does sampling take?
Typically around 7-10 days after fabric and design details are confirmed. Complex styles may require longer.
How much does a sample cost?
Typical sample development costs are approximately USD 30-100 per piece depending on garment complexity, fabric and workmanship. Complex garments and special processes may cost more.
How long does bulk production take?
Normally around 20-25 days after sample approval, fabric confirmation, size specification confirmation and deposit. Complex garments, special fabrics or large quantities may require longer.
Can you source fabrics and trims?
Yes. Fabric and trim sourcing is one of our core manufacturing services.
Can you add my brand labels and packaging?
Yes. Main labels, wash labels, size labels, hangtags and packaging can be coordinated according to your requirements. Supplier MOQs may apply.
Do you provide ODM design services?
Our core service is OEM manufacturing. Customers provide their design direction, tech pack, references or existing garment sample.
What are your payment terms?
Bulk production starts after the agreed deposit is received. The remaining balance is normally settled before shipment. Exact terms are confirmed with the quotation/order.
What happens if a quality issue is found?
Issues identified during production are reviewed and corrected before shipment whenever possible. If an issue is reported after delivery, we review it against the approved sample, confirmed specifications and supporting details to determine an appropriate solution.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly work with overseas B2B customers and can coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder or available shipping arrangements.
