Yes, making a pre-production (PP) sample is a standard part of our quality control process. We cut one complete set of fabric from your actual bulk material and sew it into a finished garment.

Final Garment Inspection: After garments are completed, we conduct a final check of all printing and embroidery to ensure quality standards are met before packing.

Final Finished Garment Inspection (Stage 6): After garments are completed and pressed, every piece is individually inspected. We check measurements, appearance, stitching, loose threads, printing, embroidery, main labels, care labels, size labels, barcodes and overall workmanship.

Post-Packing Random Audit (Stage 7): After all garments are packed into cartons, we conduct a random sampling inspection. We select cartons at random, open them, and verify:
