What information do I need to start an OEM clothing order?
You need: (1) Garment design or tech pack with measurements, (2) Fabric specifications or reference swatches, (3) Style details including colors, trims and finishes, (4) Target quantity and delivery timeline. If you have reference samples or sketches, those help us understand your vision.
Can you manufacture from my tech pack?
Yes. Our pattern masters can work directly from your tech pack to develop patterns and samples. We review all technical specifications with you before starting production to ensure accuracy.
Can you source fabrics for my design?
Yes. Located in Humen, Dongguan -- China's garment manufacturing hub -- we have direct access to comprehensive fabric markets. We source fabrics based on your composition, weight, texture, color and performance requirements. We send swatches for your approval before bulk ordering.
Can you develop patterns and samples?
Yes. We have 4 professional pattern masters and 7 sample technicians. We develop patterns from your tech pack or reference garment, then sew initial samples for your review. We revise samples based on your feedback until you approve the final version for production.
Can you manufacture multiple styles in one collection?
Yes. We specialize in supporting fashion brands with seasonal collections. We can handle 10-50+ styles in a single collection with coordinated production timelines. This is ideal for Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter launches.
Do you provide custom printing and embroidery?
Yes. We offer embroidery, digital printing, screen printing and garment washing. You provide artwork or design files, and we execute the finishing according to your specifications with sample approval before bulk production.
Can you add my own labels and packaging?
Yes. We produce custom woven labels, printed care labels, size tags and hangtags. We also handle custom packaging including poly bags, boxes and branded materials. All private label elements are added during finishing before final QC.
How do you control bulk production quality?
We use a 7-stage quality control system covering fabric inspection, cutting checks, in-line sewing inspection, final garment inspection and post-packing audit. Your dedicated account manager sends production photos and videos throughout the process so you can track quality in real time.
